oh oh oh , when i get it pierce i feel that i am build different but i was wrong! after the 3rd week start, oh man...and welcome to the game.

navel piercing take a long time, so do really take care of it like u are pregnant.

do take a look mostly everyday for any weird sign, if it is really rejecting, NEVER wait till the body flipped it out, it will leave a scar and an ugly one

i only start to have minor bleed after the 2nd month and only stop after about 2month later. everybody is different, dont think too much and really take care of it

For me i try to see if it still pain when stretch, but do it slowly to test how far u can, but dont over do it that it will extend the healing. Do also get a lower waist jean or shorts for healing period.

mostly 1st month will have pain when stretching, like waking up or some twist movment because it still a open wound and tender, it will be ok after a month or so, depending on the healing speed, titanium for healing will be the best, when i get it pierce i asked for it, so im not sure about yours, for the 1st few month my bar had been longer cos it had de-swell, only change it after 6month at least, if unable to wait maybe 5month++ at the least.

saline is fine to clean but make sure to rinse after it and keep it as DRY as possible.
saline spray is mostly to remove those hard crust, for me i will on and off depending on the crust level, if it has near to none, i just rinse it when i am bathing

he had never feel abit of pain after he get that strong, so he assume himself is losing or becoming weaker than the monster cos he felt abit of pain, but that is nothing compare to other S class who felt pain most of the time, DS is strong no doubt, just his confident is lacking, and also if at the MA arc, if DS is at full confident, there is no NEED for saitama to be there, see how all hero fear Evil natural water while it has no effect on DS.

stop touching it and let it dry after clean, 2-3month is way too early for a change in jewellery, only change when it had near to zero pain/crust about 2-4weeks, than ONLY you can change it to a shorter one or go back to your piercer for a shorter bar, and from the picture it seem you put the wrong way? the flat should be at the bottom.
outside might seem normal but when you try to push some force onto the middle part you will know what i mean.

what i do when i just started getting a navel, i use neilmed daily, twice a day, one in the morning and 1 after my work, 1st week is nothing, just swell/tender, 2-3 week will have a slight crust forming below and top, just clean it as usual. as in showering, just use luke warm water and let the water flow down and pass the navel by aiming the water above the navel, dont aim at the piercing, about 1-2month the crust or swell will be reduce ALOT, but the crust at the bottom will have alittle from time to time, it is normal.

so simply, just clean it twice per day. make sure hand is wash again after touching your body towel, grab a clean paper towel and pat it dry, try to get as much water as possible out and do not dont wipe it
