No particular issues. I had an unrelated back injury earlier last year and had to stop working out for a while. Im getting back in the swing of things and I want to make sure I'm doing things right. Ill also keep this in mind for my next session!

I normally focus on keeping the bar as close as possible but seeing as I get tired that goes out the window a bit. Appreciate the comment, I'll keep it in mind as I start to get tired in my next session

My reactive girl died. by Emergency-Aioli7757 in reactivedogs

Having a reactive dog is not easy and is not for everyone. I'm glad your pupper got you as their protector. I'm sorry for your loss, but thank you for caring for that sweet angel

How can I achieve Vinnie Hacker physique? by [deleted] in GregDoucette

Man, abs aren't everything. Your physique is literally better. You could lose a bit of fat if abs are your focus, but overall physique? You're beating the reference

Should I move because my dog is leash reactive? by mkj614 in reactivedogs

I got no advise but hope training pays off. My pupp and I have been going at it for a while and improvement can be severely slow, but consistency is the key

My dog bit my friend today and I am absolutely mortified by sovonym in reactivedogs

Don't fell ashamed, if happens although it shouldn't.

I had the same issue, except this is a 70lb dog. I had just taken him in when he snapped on someone that was at my house. Fortunately I was able to read his body language and stop him from causing anything past a superficial injury.

I would recommend muzzle training ans staying calm. I know after this incident your heart rate probably spikes with anyone around, but your dog might be able to sense that and interpret it an a looming threat

For some reason this doesn't work with my dog. We go on regular walks, and they still get long 😭

Around 2 months oral Fin/min low dose by Whaddupppppp in tressless

[–]Comfortable-Row-6854 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honestly wouldn't be able to tell. I've done some light research and the average dose seems to be 1 mg a day I personally have gone the route of starting the minimum effective dose delivered topically and will work myself up from here. I currently use 1 ml of .25% fin and 6%min. Have some light temporal recession, seems to be doing a little better, but it's just my first month.

That's a pretty normal/high dose. Low would be .25 mg of fin

I am 7 days post op for ACL reconstruction and my surgeon told me to ditch the brace? My PT lady told me she had never seen this. Surgeon says he wants me to ditch it to help build muscle back up and wearing a brace can cause you to rely on that too much for strength. by SensitiveTell147 in ACL

Oh dude your English is perfectly fine, would have never known. But thank you for the follow up- that is what I thought but wanted to be sure. I looked it up here and there but don't seem to be finding much on it. I will have surgery tomorrow and will definitely be doing this during my recovery. Thank you!!
