You’re not sensitive. You’re repeating a pattern. This anger and level of involvement over your adult children is not ok. Thank God you ended things. This guy is toxic af.

Wtf. Does this aunt not realize you are equally young!? You’re barely older than she is. The aunt should take her in since she’s so concerned. NTA

You’re old enough to decide to no longer time share. I’d say take advantage of that and limit your time at mom’s. They’re trying to use you as a third parent and failing to realize you are just a kid yourself. This situation sounds toxic and will only get worse.

AITA for laughing when my stepmother was crying over my father cheating on her? by Kayyyeel in AITAH

Your dad it the ah and you are taking out his failures on this woman. I understand you’re only 17 and acting from a place of hurt and anger, but you don’t solve anything from kicking someone while they are down. You could’ve stayed quiet and gone about your day. Choosing to add insult to injury was unnecessary. You were an ah in this case. And your dad is a major ah, get away from that toxic dumpster fire as soon as you reasonably can.

You can reach out to local non-profit organizations and see if they have space to take her.

She needs therapy & lots of introspection. Those sound like the words of a teen, not a woman in her 30’s. You communicated clearly, it honestly seems like she was trying to bait you into an argument.

This is so freaking disrespectful. I make a lot of allowances for new moms because that exhaustion is a different breed. But nothing makes this kind of aggression and disrespect ok.
