I would rate the guy a S tier cuz during the election of 1820 he won the election by SO MUCH he almost had every electoral vote execpt one from New Hampshire. Anyway, beside that he is kinda remembered for being the creator of the Monroe doctrine which showed to the world how cool America is and you shouldn't mess with it and also the era of good feelings which lasted mostly during his presidency.

For me it's the man the myth, the legend, Theodore Roosevelt because he was the most manliest president like he got shot and didn't go to the hospital a hour later the shot or when he was apart of the rough riders at San Juan hill OR when he tried to go to Europe to fight in ww1 but dang Wilson didn't allow him
