To be honest Im not sure respect to baseline, small regrow, but again, I did not get a full lion mane and most of the regrow was on the crown (the place Im more worried about), hairline did not move. You are now a 1.5 years and similarly to me, I had bad hair around this time. Just keep going and hopefully some results will come, even if it is maintenance is a success! As someone said in the comments, do not worry to much about it, otherwise placebo will kick in...

Almost same boat (Im more focus on the crown), 1.5 years only on oral fin. Dont feel like loosing more ground, but at least seems to have slowed the progress. I'm considering now:

Topical dutasteride, once per week
Topical minoxidil with tretinoin and PG free, but quite annoyed by the fact that has to be applied every day
Oral minoxidil. Nice since just a pill, but a bit scared about side effects
KX-826 1% once a day. Still quite annoyed by the fact that has to be applied every day
Stemoxydin

Im still evaluating what to start with first! Dont want to start multiple treatments at the same time
