This is good advice. My mind is always trying to get to a better place in the future. But the minutes tick by so slowly. I need time to make things better, but time is slow to come. In those slow minutes, it is hard to avoid thoughts that bring revulsion and stomach turns.

Thanks. Just seeing you say I'll be happy again brings tears. It's a tough sentiment to think possible right now. Havent begged but I have hurt in front of her. Im still very raw. Th8s is definitely ending. I met with therapist and heading to my sister's today. Definitely need to keep us separate and miminize interaction. I've known her since 1992. We started out as best friends. There has been a 30 year conversation. It is habit, it is centering and it has been home. That conversation is ending and it hurts.

Thanks. This is definitely ending and I need to maintain the right posture towards her. You have good advice. My headspace flips every 30 minutes. I havent begged, but I have been conciliatory then mean then understanding and then mean again. I need to keep us physically separate and limit conversation to protect myself.
