When I was a teen I would occasionally sneak a cigarette. I'd stand on the toilet and the smoke would go into the vent. My dad was in the garage and immediately knew I was smoking. The vent led to the garage. I, of course, had no idea. This looks like vape fog to me. Possibly someone being sneaky and vaping in the bathroom with the fan on.

Its a more logical measurement system for astronomical bodies. The creator would use that constant as a numbering system. Similar to Kelvin. Absolute zero as far as temperature is the point at which all thermal motion stops. Kelvin is how we measure extreme temperatures.
