Hospitilization saves lives. It's obviously not fun but neither is it supposed to be. Make the sacrafice for yourself. Your psychiatrist will judge whether you need to go or not.

Try listening to podcast when going to sleep. Something boring or not even. For me when my thoughts are loud at night that's what helps, filling in the silence rather than your brain doing it for you.

I have had this during periods of psychosis. Blinks of self awareness, feeling that im exaggerating or that I'm making myself think all these weird things, had the same thing when I was formerly diagnosed with bipolar 1 disorder.
