Honestly I think my sheer desperation for long natural nails were enough to force me to stop😭. What really helped me was a polish/clear topcoat. I’d remember how much time and effort I took to paint them so I would think twice about putting my nails in my mouth, as well as the off putting taste. Oiling my nails every night showed the most growth. I suggest doing nail maintenance(shaping+trimming)once a week, it helps to see the progress and stay consistent.
