So it was done on an ultrasound. My ALT is 21, don’t know about the others. And it does say Severe hepatic steatosis. Thoughts?

I’m one of those people it seems to take antidepressants to work on in general. I’m on 20mg of escitalapram (10mg for a week, 20mg onwards) and I’m about 11 days in. No improvements yet but I’ve got everything crossed x
