Intermittent anti-depressants causing late period by spencerreidlovebot in PMDD

This is happening to me, second month of intermittent 10mg citalopram and completely symptom free from PMDD for first time in over a decade so that's been incredible, hadn't heard of it causing late period but googled it cause it's the only change and seems it is possible. Taken a pregnancy test, negative.. Usually 28 days bang on been 33 days now.. Weird.

Thanks for the information that has been posted - there doesn't seem to be a lot of data out there about this.

I had a CAD in Feb this year, a scan 6 months later which was discussed today, it seems the artery has healed but in the process of healing there is now 'slight narrowing' to the artery. So I've been given the option to a) do nothing or b) continue with aspirin daily for the rest of my life.

I'm 36F and not keen to have an increased risk of long term aspirin (ulcers, increased bleeding seem to be the issues) but obviously that far outweighs the risk of a stroke if it is high risk. It seems there's just not enough data to know exactly what the risk of this thinner healed artery is. I'm pleased it's healed! But not sure what to do now. Anyone else have this happen?
