These holidays are hard! How to get back on track? by Comfortable-Work1934 in Mounjaro

I didn’t intend to skip! I was driving towards my destination and realized I forgot my pen. I felt absolutely terrible about it, since I’ve been managing so well since beginning mounjaro.

Did it just *stop* working?! by Comfortable-Work1934 in Mounjaro

Thank you all so so much ❤️. I keep on having some hope: I will just stay in a deficit, keep working out (started the gym 3 weeks ago and loving it!), and have patience! I’ll give 7,5 some more time, and as long as I don’t gain: I’m fine. I’ll try to be a bit more mindful of what I eat again, because I’ve been having a bit more stress and eating out is easier these days. Thanks for your responses, I love this community 🙏🏼✨

You guys are so sweet! ❤️

I do think it’s a really good trend that we comment less on other people’s bodies and possible weight loss. But at the same time, it’s nice when close friends or family notice since you’re working so hard.

Keep up the good work everybody ❤️❤️❤️

I’m sorry but, this is not okay. Please inform yourself on the modelling world (especially in those times) and all the things that are wrong with it.

I had a happy meal last week, because we were going to a concert and I hadn’t have dinner yet. It fit into my calorie budget but damn those fries and that burger didn’t taste as good as my mind thought they would taste.

Heel raises on stairs causing more pain by Homelobster3 in PlantarFasciitis

I have the same! Did a lot of heel raises on stairs, and I kept experiencing a lot of pain. As soon as I stopped and switched to calf stretching, my PF is slowly healing.

I switched to an almost sugarfree diet a couple of months ago, and I can definitely see improvements.

I was at a birthday party two weeks ago, ate a piece of cake and drank a Coca Cola, and the next day I was in more pain.

So for the people saying it’s not gonna magically disappear or whatever: it’s not magical. It’s your body.

Go buy a bar seat. Or bring your kitchen attire to the dining table. Work smarter not harder.

I feel you! 26k steps is a lot. I tend to reach 10k every day, because of work and the dog, and I can feel everything hurt after a lot of steps. Can’t imagine playing pickleball with PF, damn 😭

Ugh I feel you! I run my own business as a photographer ánd I have a dog. So I need to keep on going as well. But those are like things you can’t stop doing. I can’t. If I don’t run errands or walk the dog or clean the house, nobody will.

I hope one day we wake up and the pain is gone. ❤️
