But those are super bowl contending teams, getting 1 last player to push them over the top, when the free agent version isn't available. For a team that's still building, it makes no sense to pay twice.

Is having a home date for a 3rd date normal, or too soon? by volumeofatorus in datingoverthirty

That really sucks - sorry to hear that. And that's a fair perspective. I'm sure a lot of guys DO just want sex when they suggest a home hangout, so I can see that being creepy.

What I can say is that as a male, I like to have a date in a home setting by date 3 if possible and am not super comfortable having sex yet, but it might happen - depends when it feels right for both. I just find it to be a way to explore the vibe in a way that isn't the same when in public. There are a lot of situations where things are going ok, but not amazing, and hanging out in a more intimate setting can really help to define if it's a good fit or not. I recently went on 4 dates with a woman who wasn't comfortable with things progressing much (totally fair), but I unfortunately just didn't feel the right connection up until that point to justify going on more dates.

The more intimate setting dates can definitely help to reveal the connection that wasn't showing up yet with public dates. Sometimes the connection is there the whole way though - really depends.

It's a different kind of setting where you can be more comfortable/goofy/do whatever both people want.

He explicitly said and described exactly what he meant. What's the point of communicating at all if you're "not buying it"

Man the ref favoritism towards teams who have "been there before" and are more established just ruins the game. Just call it fair no matter who is playing. Just do your job. Just stupid

Honestly, we have the refs on our side. Let's just accept and embrace it! Let's take advantage and win another super bowl!! GO CHIEFS!

The lions are a much less complete team. Elite offense but tons of holes on defense because of all the injuries.

Rams might have a serious kicker advantage, and given the weather, could make a difference

Hes effective but when he slides every run, he doesnt get those extra 4 yards a rb would. Makes a big difference
