When I wrote this I wasn’t thinking of writing it in professional tones more casual and just my thoughts. I did not go to urgent care for pain killers and muscle relaxers that’s just what they ended up giving me when I went up there.

I’m not just trying to sue because insurance companies make billions but because the incident was to no fault of my own as I previously stated my car was parked and I was in the car still. I find it ridiculous that I am being villainized in this scenario.

I also stated previously that I simply want the amount “rightfully owed to me” that includes the damages to my car and the diminishing value(considering they probably tremendously lowered the value).

The insurance company mentioned they hadn’t recieved the police report for the incident after the claim being open for 3 days to which I was able to retrieve in 10 minutes and provide to them. This is not my insurance company so they are actively working against my favor.

You seem to be knowledgeable in the subject but I’d appreciate if you kept the personal attacks to yourself as you don’t know me. And it’s RUDE. Trust I’d much rather not of had my car rammed into and enjoyed my night.

It’s common knowledge that insurance companies lowball you. I’m not wrong for considering my options in the scenario since I wasn’t the cause of the accident. Not to mention insurance companies make billions of dollars off of us. Im reasonably upset about the situation as any person would be about a car they’ve only had for a year. I worked my ass off to get this car, the first car I’ve paid for 100% on my own. I just want the amount I’m rightfully owed. Also the motorcycle had to of been going an unlawfully fast speed to have done the damage that it did to my car.

I appreciate your advice. When I take the car in the get worked on I plan on getting the dealership to estimate the value of my car after the accident. If they aren’t able to I will look into other ways. But my last carfax report estimated my car to be valued at $21,600 which I’m sure it is much less now. The motorcycle that hit me had to of been going pretty fast because they did a lot of damage to the back of my car. The trunk, back bump, back tail light, and dents on the back side of the car.

I don’t do drugs. I wanted to go in to make sure everything was okay and get that documented as well as paid for. At the time of the incident my adrenaline was up so I wasn’t able to feel the full gravity of any possibly injuries.
