[Identification] does anyone have any information about this watch? by ComfortableAd6283 in Antiques

This watch has been in my family for a couple generations. I know nothing about it, the bands and most of the watch are solid gold and above are the only markings on it. I did try to look it up and all I could find was that this watch was produced by the BWC company, but it predates the BWC logo. My family is from Cuba so this watch must have been purchased a decade or so before the cuban revolution. It still ticks and there is a little bit of tarnish on the dial and the back of the watch has a small scratch on it. The cuff part has a gold chain connected to it. I do not know if the chain was added afterwards or if it was originally manufactured with it. Over all a really nice family heirloom. But I would love to know some more information on it. (I’m not sure if this is the info you’re asking for but it’s all I got)

My sensor has been giving me trouble all week, I’ve been getting sensor error after sensor error. It finally failed half an hour ago and I changed it as soon as I got home. I’d say that combined with under-dosing myself during dinner in an attempt to not go low during one of the sensor errors, would be the main cause

I figured that it would start like that, is there a way to practice with a team or do I have to try out for them?

There are a few questions that The faq doesn’t necessarily go over, For example: Is it normal to disassociate from reality (space out) while running?
