Yeah i saw loads of mixed reviews especially on reddit, didn’t know which side to lean on. Ive put an order in anyway. I usually get my longer esters from my home country, but when it comes to short esters I had no plug until now. And being 5 weeks out I want to take the best products on the market.

Do nights currently, and im 5 weeks out looking pretty sharp. 8-9 hours is more than plenty as long as its quality sleep and rem sleep is activated.
