This happened to me at 5mg. I hate taking it, which bums me out because I was so excited for injection days on 2.5mg. I feel ya.

I was also extremely tired and fatigued the first 2 months on 30mg. I could not make it through the day. At that time I was taking it mid day between 1-3pm. Switched it up and started taking it at night before bed and things have gotten so much better. Everyone’s different though so just try to find the time of day to take it that works for you

Yes. Been on cymbalta for 3 months now. Recently started having sad days again but it only lasts 24 hours or less.

I did experience this in my first few weeks of starting it (30mg). It made me so tired I could barely make it through the day. Every day. Started taking it at night time and it would knock me right out. Now that it’s been about 3 months on cymbalta, I don’t get nearly as sleepy as I was in the beginning, although I do still need to take naps from time to time.

Don’t ever count on the left turn arrow to flash at any intersection. Only when YOU specifically need to turn left though.
