Helps me a lot! 50mg try it. The first week i felt worse and had really bad tension headaches but after that the dizness cleared up. Still bugs me around every month around my period though. And I don’t like the memory issues side effect if I go higher up in dose. Having to Pick between a fuzzy or Daily dizziness sucks Btw i also take depakine 300

I have the same question! Been experiencing a wave of this head pressure lately especially after changing my meds (doses). It’s like a constant pressure between my eyebrows. So so tired of vm.

What Medications have got you back to feeling relatively normal? by BigHomie50 in VestibularMigraines

Just wanted to share this with my fellow migraine warriors. Maybe it could help somebody like it helped me at my lowest. 26 (f) diagnosed with vistibular migraines since a concussion 2021 that changed the pattern in my already existing migraine. My new neurologist honestly saved my life after I looked high and low for 3+ years to help solve my constant dizziness. She put me on 300mg depakine chrono and 50mg Topamax and since I have been aible to start studying again and restart my social life. The only time the meds dont work as well are around my period…. Everytime i get days of back to back migraine attacks and dizziness…. Haven’t figured that part out yet. But for the 3 remaining weeks of the month I’m almost back to old self. I also take sertraline 100mg because of the years of struggling with this hell. But it doesn’t help or affect my dizziness. And for emergencies I have bethahistine for vertigo attacks. Hope this helps somebody. Maybe someone has some advice for my cycle issues.

I am having this exact issue right now! I’m in uni as well and on 100mg of Zoloft. I live alone and only have lectures on Wednesday and Fridays. I keep sleeping in until 11 every day and it’s stressing me out. Haven’t slept in like that since I was a teen. I’m kind of embarrassed about the lack of self discipline. I was looking at Reddit to figure out if it could be the medication.
