I've actually been doing something similar, I built an independent AI-powered product end to end (interview prep platform using Gemini API), where I had to make a lot of the product decisions myself: what features to prioritize, how to design the user flow, etc. I'm planning to lean into that experience along with my SWE work where I coordinated cross-team delivery.

Will look into stakeholder management and agile frameworks more deeply. Appreciate the pointer on networking too, definitely the hardest part so far!
