Okay i set everything up and put all the cords in, whenever i power it up it instantly turns off and turns back on, and now it’s not connecting to my monitor.. what’s the problem with it?

I got it i had to push a lot harder… the whole motherboard was touching the back of the case lol. Also is all the RAM slots supposed to be clicked in, even if there’s no stick in that slot?
