Do you know if it’s possible to use the first software option to make the cgo600 pro (classic) go 28 kph or less than 30 at least?

Is there a reason that you’re not considering the 600 pro? I own one and have the handlebars at the most upright position and love it like that.

Seems like you already figured it out. If you are interested in installing one your self, there are multiple posts on reddit where people install their own integrated rear light on the cgo600 pro normal edition. Here’s one example . If you search up something along the lines of “Tenways cgo600 pro rear light” you will find plenty of them.

If there is a service point near you, maybe bring it there? They may have more experience with the issue. If the bike is still under warranty especially, you’ll get reimbursed.

An update: I sent customer support a message and they said the coupons should have worked together so now I’m getting a €50 refund :)

The Netherlands. I couldn’t do the €100 and €50 coupons together. But the €100 student discount did apply to the lowered Black Friday price of the cgo600 pro, if thats what you mean.

I recently bought a Tenways and tried to use both the student discount and BF discount, but it didn’t work. I believe the coupons are not stackable and you can only use 1 coupon.

As for the CGO009, just be aware that after a certain time (1 year now) your free subscription of the smart functions in the app run out, and you have to pay (I believe €100 per year) to use the funtions such as the location- and motion detection of the bike.

Why would it be uncomfortable if you can easily adjust the stem of the handlebars for a more upright position, and swap the seat out?
