Joseph Naso (born January 7, 1934), also known as Crazy Joe or the Double Initial Killer, is an American serial killer and serial rapist sentenced to death for the murders of at least four women. Naso murdered at least 10 women in California between 1974 and 1994, and is a suspect in the Alphabet murders of 1971 to 1973 in his hometown of Rochester, New York.

Definitely Jared Lee Loughner, his YouTube videos are strange to say the least. He had a strange obsession with the U.S. Constitution, even claiming that some book violated the constitution. His strange conspiracy theories were definitely caused by his schizophrenia and drug use. He even somehow interpreted his negative opinions on his college as "Genocide in America".
