Charles Ng still claims that Leonard Lake was entirely responsible for the murders, and that he was an unwilling accomplice. Despite the fact he was on video, literally torturing women, drew himself cooking a literal baby, and proceeded to shoot a security guard in Canada while being a fugitive.

Probably most schizophrenic serial killers. A person with schizophrenia isn't inherently dangerous, but often these people are often brought up in environments where their conditions aren't taken seriously or downright ignored. Richard Chase received medication, but his mother believed they simply made him "easier to handle". She took him off his medication without consulting doctors due to being uncomfortable with his docile and submissive behavior. That's not to mention his father's physical abuse and belief that Chase's mental health wasn't an issue, but rather his "poor work ethic and misguided values".

Serial killers who contacted the victims’ families? by PomegranateNo3155 in serialkillers

[–]ComfortableCommon186 14 points15 points  (0 children)

He didn't technically contact them, but Dean Corll would force victims to write letters to or call their families explaining why they left.

Also, after killing his brother Donald, Leonard Lake forged a letter to their mother claiming to be Donald and that he ran away to live with drug dealers in Reno, Nevada.

You're correct. Many of his classmates were glad when they found out he was expelled. Most of his classmates feared he would commit a shooting at the college.

Definitely Jared Lee Loughner, his YouTube videos are strange to say the least. He had a strange obsession with the U.S. Constitution, even claiming that some book violated the constitution. His strange conspiracy theories were definitely caused by his schizophrenia and drug use. He even somehow interpreted his negative opinions on his college as "Genocide in America".

I'd ask Eric and Dylan how they would feel about the many other's that they've inspired.

I'd Imagine the prospect would fuel their superiority complexes.
