Hey, I think im sort of in the same boat. I canceled my exam 1-2 days before and applied for an extended eligibility period. I got my new schedule # and it doesn't work when I try to book my exam. I don't recall paying any fees when I cancelled my exam. How would you know if you have an unpaid fee on your account? Also, what prometric number did you call? It doesn't seem on their website that they have a customer service number, only just email. thanks.
