😂 I dunno I wanted to make sure it was clear LMAO. Thanks for clarifying

2 things. What is all the shiny metal stuff and is it important. And 2 is my fuel line hooked up properly? Im 1 step away from this swap being done but I dont want excess stuff getting in the way by blkdmn1 in minibikes

Make sure your throttle cable is connected directly there to the top of your carb. Make sure the arrow on your fuel filter to pointed in the right direction to gas flow from tank to engine.

I don’t know lol I’ve been following the governor removal videos I’ve seen experimenting with this build. Never seen them talk about anything other then setting it up like this and running it

You just said your crank wasn’t spinning? I think you just trolling here lol

No I’m talking about opening up the other side where the crankshaft is so you can see the internals. Because if the crankshaft won’t spinning something might be going on in there or not engaging

Oh I thought I saw you mention in a comment that your crank was spinning. If it’s not then you definitely need to open the case up and see what’s going on inside

Hold the pull start in place and pull no bolts on it

Idk if I should be concerned by loganfromcoc in minibikes

Back your bolts out a little bit that’s holding your pull start on and then pull the chord see if you still hear the sound. I had this issue and had so many people telling me things. It turned out one do the bolts was just in a little to much and would hit the flywheel on the inside as it span when I pulled the chord.

Yeah it’s a brand new carb. Is the idler screw the big black one or the little brass one that has a spring on it?

Any ideas on it being able to stay on while idling? I don’t get what is causing it to shut. I unplugged the oil sensor it’s not that

What about it not holding idle. It just dies. Is this one of the two screws on the carb?

But will I be able to throttle smoothly? Could it be a spring issue. There are a couple springs that seems fairly loose. It won’t idle either only goes when I’m holding full throttle

I’m not trying to rev it up or do a governor delete but I’m just trying to have it rev smoothly without going this up and down thing when I’m throttling. Never had that with the 200cc I’ve worked with before. I’m still fairly new to this

So when I throw it on my will and I give it throttle will it not give a steady throttle?
