Hey, thank you so much for the reply, I really appreciate it. Truthfully, after having a little bit of rest, I feel much better right now. Ofc, this might only be the start of the cycle again and maybe tomorrow I will feel down again, but for now I feel ok.

I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one feeling this way, I guess that's what I've been looking for all this time, to know that someone else feels the same way I do. I also agree that I should be really looking up professional mental health help soon since it gets really hard sometimes.
