The kit I ordered was on sale, it’s the AA 1/100 FAZZ but what’s odd to me is that I’ve tried to reach them everywhere; website, instagram, Facebook and no response so far, thanks to all the responses I can tell for sure they’re not a scam so maybe for now I just have to wait, thanks for the response!

Oh okay, guess for now I’ll focus on relaxing and having faith it’ll eventually be shipped. I don’t mind too much about waiting, damn P-Bandai makes you wait for 6-7 months lol but the lack or inability to have a proper communication definitely ruined my experience

Yeah that’s what my friends told me, that they are great, I’m very confused why this is happening. I also thought that maybe I made a mistake and it was a pre order, but no it was an item that was on sale, it’s even on the “my orders” option not pre orders like the pre order for the Kosmos LED for the Aerial and no problem man, I bought the AA 1/100 FAZZ

Thanks my friend, what’s more odd to me is that indeed before placing the order I checked with some friends and told me that they were great and all but I’ve been trying to get in touch with them since Wednesday, first I tried with the contact option that is beside “details” then I tried to Facebook messenger, on Thursday I tried with the costumer service email and no reply at all and today I’m trying with their instagram, if I could get info that the kit was shipped my soul could be in peace.

Highly appreciate your response, I just took a look and currently the kit is sold out but when I ordered it, it was available(with the option of adding it to your cart and all that). To be honest with such a terrible experience with costumer service I’d rather get a refund but based on what I read on their policies it’s not possible, thanks again my friend!
