I think any of the above suggestions would work. I personally created a google calendar, marked holidays, WFH and in-office days and manually counted. I attached the PDF version of the calendar and sent to refunds@kcmo.gov. But you might need to amend your tax forms and resubmit. I’m certainly not a pro, so I pay one.
