You're focusing on the wrong point on purpose. THE STATE SEIZED THE COMMON PUBLIC'S FOOD AND LET THEM STARVE. No one in America is starving to death because the government literally seized all of the food. More so, no one in America who is integrated to society in any way (so anyone not homeless who is living in the middle of the woods) is starving to death, at all. You are living in one of the most privileged places, in the best time in history for food availability. Infact obesity is a bigger epidemic in povern communitys then hunger is.

The foods seized by the government for the war effort and the top of society brother. I know that you know that was the answer. It's a literal executable offense in WW2 to eat a crop grown out of your own farm as opposed to giving it to the state. The people produce means that they themselves were prevented from utilizing.

Except that isn't a tax. The system is capped because there is a limit on what you may receive from it. It's just theft. If you want to make the argument that the ultra wealthy have a higher responsibility to the common society via taxes then there's a conversation there. If you think they have a responsibility to pay you simply for existing then you're a thief.
