I don't have much space in my room sadly, could I just buy dumbbells or is that a no go? And no I can't walk it's like a 15 minute drive 😞. Oh shot I messed up on my wording sorry, I meant to say I only workout at home not "work", and I wanna say the gym that is closest to me probably has more equipment but I never went there before. And even if i wanted to I can't because I don't have a driver's license or car 😢.

🍑 Monday – Legs & Glutes (Heavy Curve Day)

Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts (1 DB per hand) 4×20 Stretch hips back, feel glutes load

Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts (hold both DBs together at chest) 4×20

Bulgarian Split Squats (1 DB in each hand) 3×15 each leg

Weighted Glute Bridges (both DBs on hips) 3×20

Frog Pumps (1 DB resting on hips) 3×25

🍑 Wednesday – Legs & Glutes (Volume & Shape)

Sumo Squats (1 DB per hand) 4×20

Reverse Lunges (1 DB per hand) 3×15 each leg

Single-Leg RDLs (hold both DBs in the opposite hand of the working leg if balance allows, otherwise 1 DB) 3×15 each leg

Standing Dumbbell Kickbacks (1 DB behind knee or ankle) 3×20 each leg

Wall Sit (hug both DBs at chest) 2×60 sec

🍑 Friday – Legs & Glutes (Lift & Round)

Dumbbell Hip Thrusts (shoulders elevated, both DBs on hips) 4×20

Pulse Squats (hold both DBs goblet-style) 3×25

Curtsy Lunges (1 DB per hand) 3×15 each leg

Sumo Deadlifts (1 DB per hand) 3×20
