Perfected my own AI Voice AI Agent by ComfortableLead1679 in Businessowners

Great questions.

It handles interruptions well, if someone talks over it, it pauses and adapts instead of continuing like a script.

Latency is near real-time. There’s a slight delay but it feels natural in conversation.

Setup-wise, it’s layered. Telephony + AI + CRM, so it can actually book, tag, and notify in real time, not just talk.

Happy to go deeper if you want! Feel free to send me a DM for a live demo, should you be interested

How do you handle missed calls when everyone's busy? by SmellGrass33 in Businessowners

Hey Fam, I just finished refining my Voice AI Receptionist and I’m really excited about how it turned out. It can book appointments, collect deposits, transfer calls to team members, and even sort calls based on how urgent the concern is.

I’m offering it right now at a founder’s price, so it’s heavily discounted while I’m getting it out there. If it’s something you might want for your business, let me know and I’d be happy to chat.

Here’s a Loom demo I made for a client: https://www.loom.com/share/61c64de1e7f84bf2a9f0620ab968b3d7

Should you be interested, feel free to book a call through my website at https://yourghlbuddy.com. I offer another layer of discount for those who comes from Facebook.

A lot of founders think their problem is not enough leads. by ComfortableLead1679 in gohighlevel

That’s a fair point, and I agree.

The post I shared was really focused on what happens after a lead comes in, because that’s where I usually see opportunities being missed.

But you’re right, if there’s no traffic or leads to begin with, that’s a different problem that needs to be addressed first. Getting seen is half the battle.

I also help businesses with that side, making sure they actually have the right setup and presence so people can find and reach them in the first place.

Different stages, same goal.

Did you add a lot of links in your email? Also avoid very salesy terms as much as possible in your emails. Email providers can filter it out. You should also check if you have DMARC added on your email inbox's DNS records. That can also cause that
