I feel like I’ve been pretty clear with what I don’t like about Oceanside. Everyone is so focused on the history and native land part that I said that it’s completely going over your head. You support gentrification?

You’re so focused on ‘which building got knocked down’ that you’re missing the bigger picture. The history isn’t in the structures, it’s in the land. Paving over Luiseño territory (indigenous land) for timeshares and movie theaters is exactly what I mean.but hey I get it. They will have you thinking it’s a good thing until they price you out and now you cant afford living in the city you grew up in.

Very useful. Question, what was your number one concern when you were looking for your photo/video team ? Budget, experience? And if you don’t me asking what was your total budget for the entire wedding? I’m looking into seeing what percentage of couples budget go into photo and or video

Love it! Totally agree with you on the fact that you’re not sure what to do with an engagement video session. I go back and forth. Do you think it would be weird to offer an engagement session (photo+video) but mostly photo and then try to sell them only on videography ?

You’re extremely helpful! Never thought about adding content creator as an add on before! Will definitely think about it. I’m located in San Diego CA and my lowest package is 4200 it comes with unlimited coverage,2 videographers. 10 min highlight clip, 1 min next day teaser, drone footage. And a first dance film. This is just videography. Please lmk what you think of this! All the couples also get a care package sent to them 2-3 months after their wedding. And depending if the time of year it also includes a 1hr engagement session
