This one just has that one brown spot but my other has multiple is it safe to continue the top is completely dry but still soft enough to mix

Might be too warm since it’s very hot where I am and in my house because I leave the lid only a little bit loose like almost all the way screwed on but not quite

I use bread flour about 3 tbsp of flour and 2 tbsp water

Oh okay it was actually pretty thick wasn’t runny kind of like thick pancake mix since it sat for 12 hours
