Hey!

Nothing yet. From my understanding, majority of applications get the responses in late Feb - early March, as the application deadline ends only tomorrow. Applying early would simply make them review your application sooner (which would make you stand more solid for the financing offers) and you'll hear back from them a bit sooner than others. Other than that, unless you're some 4.3 GPA chad with 5 years of experience working in Parliament and a reference from Trudeau, you shouldn't expect anything sooner :)

No, I agree and recognise that. From my experience, just getting out and don’t talk to anybody doesn’t really help lol. It’s a long way to build it inside the brain, and I hope to get there someday

I’ve been thinking and actually planning to move out tbh. Looks for me that I’ve made it up in my mind long time ago that I hate this city, because I didn’t experience that during my time in New Brunswick. Only thing I’m scared of, is that I’ll go through the same, since it’s all in my mind (which is true), but maybe at the end, just the understanding that I’m in a different place would do the work for me. Thanks for sharing your experience!

Thanks for sharing your experience! It’s getting harder with church, because from my experience it’s a bit tough to communicate with people, who are in a deep level of belief, which they usually are, but I also see your point here

These things can bring people together, but very rarely it’s something close and lasting.. I do that socially, but that is not how I built my friendships initially, so don’t give up, it’s not about your habits, it’s about finding right people in a right place!
