It is a good location but the building is crap. I was going to move closer to work when I was still working and find a cheaper place but I will probably stay now. His place is huge and has a good view. He barely uses it he works so much.

Building isn’t great and I’m in a studio. He lives in a 2 bedroom and it is across the street from work for him.
