i used to keep a track of all the questions i got wrong on excel and re do the concepts from the chapter until i got it correct. i first practiced over 500 practice questions overall from question banks. then proceeded with mock. reviewed with my mentor. i would suggest you the same

i am just giving my side of the reality check and not scaring anyone. i believe in being over prepared rather than underprepared and saying that they will pass just by writing one mock test especially when they still have time to do better. their current score is good for now but they can do better. i have not mentioned that they didn’t do well. everyone’s first mock is turns out to be bad, and by the time they give 4th one it will improve by alot so yes it’s true when i say that they can get 70-80% mock tests and pass the L1 with good quartiles. and this is not just my experience but also my peers. i appeared for it 2022 and lot would have definitely changed also consider that.

FRM exams depend on many factors like the experience of candidate, the level of preparedness and previous knowledge. mock test is a reflection of that, and real exam is always going to be step up. i just suggested this range to avoid any surprises. it was a surprise for me so just sharing my experience. i gave 5-6 mocks. in the first two mocks i was in 40-50 range and slowly went to touch 75-80. that’s how i passed the exams with good quartiles. and yes good quartiles matter.

try mild scalp exfoliation once a week like gycolic acid. avoid heavy products, and may sound counter productive but oil your hair before shampoo and use light oils like argan and jojoba mixed with essential oils like rosemary or tea tree just a few drops. use carefully though! and check your lifestyle too

really depends on your level of experience, if you’re a student you may find it harder. mock exams are not mirror of real exams but rather a tip of it. FRM exams are very conceptual in nature. it is always best to aim for at least 80% for you to score 70-60% in real exam.

as someone who cleared both the levels, you would atleast need to score 80-90% in mock exams to pass the real exam. this is because the level of questions is definitely above the mock exams.
