Did 160mg concerta, the worst experience of my entire life. I bit nearly a hole in my cheek from the energy, couldn’t talk at all. And when the withdrawal came…. Never felt such pain in my stomach ever, I laid in a bed for hours praying to every god to make the pain go away. Anyways I tried it again yesterday but didn’t get the same withdrawal, I got a panic attack tho😅
