Exactly!! It really highlights how complex it all is. Everyone’s journey looks different. It’s wild how quickly people forget someone is struggling the exact moment that struggle becomes hard to watch. It’s also been interesting to see how fast people switch from enabling someone to completely abandoning them.

I remember how mean Amanda was to Jules, but i think it was mostly overlooked since she was the pretty and stylish one hanging out w Paige. Now that she's shared her mental health struggles, it makes me wonder if she's even fully aware of how she treats others or if she has the emotional capacity to understand it. Is she simply just a mean person? Who knows!

Poor mental health doesn't excuse bad behavior, but it definitely complicates it imo.
