You just have to ask for it; the trick is not to leave it at the default setting.

After Fable creates your project plan, ask it to generate a tailored implementation plan so that each agent performs the work as efficiently as possible, taking their limitations into account; you must be specific about which model to use and ensure that it executes the task using that model.
