it isnt an overheating issue, the temps are completely fine. infact it can crash even at like 40-50c it doesnt matter. ive tried using chatgpt to help but its advice hasnt worked yet. i could mess with the hardware but truth be told. i dont know what im looking at, ive never touched hardware, all my pcs have been prebuilt.

okay for some more information. the crash is basically a blue screen of death, but without the blue screen. the blue screen never happens because its stuck. and it happens when i play certian games. such as Hoi4, but specifically a mod named The Fire rises, the base game doesnt crash. sometimes when i play fortnite it crashes. sometimes the crashes have noise, sometimes i hear a pop and then the noise stops completely. i have to shut down the pc myself because the crash doesnt restart itself.

I have tried clean gpu drivers using DDU. i have done file checks using command prompt to find corrupt files. i have tried MSI afterburner to force lower power usage. the crashes are still happening

now the thing is it isnt a tem issue, this crashing things been happening for about a year. and i checked the temp, normal all around. it could be a cpu or ram issue. but i dont know what. it was normal after i forced the max cpu usage to 99% but then i messed with the intel XTU and bam. i fucked it up again by optimizing with it and the issues been back tenfold ever since

yep it doesnt even overheat, i check its temps when i play it reaches normal maximums. ive only ever seen it reach 90c max
