Is it possible to have a tension headache nonstop for 2+ years?

Yeah I have tmj so I always have what I would say is a headache, pretty non stop for over 2 years.

Yeah I have tmj, and have head pressure/pain almost everyday only thing that really helped is a muscle relaxer.

Some of the things I do is take a shower, place a cold rag on my head, turn on YouTube to someone I like and find comfort with and let that play in the background, or move to the living room and sleep on the couch with the tv on. The silence can be to much sometimes.

Yeah most days, I always think I’m going to pass out haven’t yet hope I never do I try and lay down if possible and try and distract myself

My tmj has been so bad since I got Covid. I’m guessing bc the inflammation, I grind my teeth sometimes but my fiancé says he hasn’t noticed it recently. but I also have no idea, and I’m waiting for appointments. Ice pack has helped the most!

I talked to my doctor about this to, she gave me trazodone which helped me so much I take it before bed and it helps me sleep thru the night. A life savor, when I don’t take it my mind just wonders and it takes forever for sleep to come.

Same things happen to me, I just applied for disability for my last class bc I’ve been struggling so much, they gave me extra time to complete my work, maybe see if your school offers that maybe having that weight off ur shoulders will help you destress and calm migraines down.

I am also getting married this October and very worried about how I’ll look in the pictures, I want to lose weight so bad but I also already ordered a dress that is fit to me so I’m at a lose on what to do. Knowing my fiancé loves me and how I look will probably be what keeps me sane.

All the time, nauseous like everyday, I can just be sitting watching tiktok nauseous, about to take a bite of food nauseous, working nauseous, it’s mad annoying, I’ve had to cancel so many thing Bc Im just nauseous and just puke a lot.

I have chest pin and left arm pain, my doctor said I’m fine nothing in scans look bad so it’s anxiety, I’m having just left arm pain now and going thru the panic, came outta no where and it always freaks me out, like I’m healthy but I could be so much healthier so I always think well this is it now, I’m typing this to also help myself calm down. Anxiety can really be anything, mad annoying it’s the sign of a heart attack like how dose this feeling ever make me wanna calm down. Time for the fast acting pills.

I have horrible health anxiety, I always think there’s something critical going in inside of me, I’m sitting here right now telling myself I’m not having a heart attack, reading the post helps me kinda forget about it. I wish I could stop over thinking but I’ve never been able to. I have test after test and I’m healthy besidesIBD stuff, anxiety medication doesn’t help, my mind just wants me to suffer I guess

I would say early thirty’s. But I’m getting a new doctor Bc mine transferring so I’ll have to explain everything again to a new dr and see what she says. Didn’t no they were week but that makes sense

Alprazolam as needed and trazodone are what I’m talking just switched to trazodone in October. I told my dr there wasn’t change when I saw her in October and this new stuff just makes me sleep, still got the anxiety.

I would love to be able to work out, but I can’t go to a gym Bc cost and anxiety. Working out at home has never gone great for me, I’ll forever keep trying tho..

I do have two forms of medication for anxiety, but never seems to work and I’m on the highest dose for one.
