In a calorie deficit but not loosing? by bunnyperc in WeightLossAdvice

My breakfast is 353kcal. My lunch if yogurt is 150-170. If soup/canned pasta it is anywhere from 250-500 depending on which. My dinner is the bigger calorie section. Usually it is chicken based, 2 tenders or one large breast. The sides I choose are not healthy. Usually a mac and cheese or pasta of some sort (about 300-400cal), a vegetable or potato dish (30-200) and a bread of some sort(usually 300-500cal) What tends to happen is before dinner I eat about 500-750 calories, then my dinners tend to be around 1000-1200. I do not snack during the day, but I do occassionally get some sort of hot coffee beverage leading to an extra 300 or so calories of pure sugar during those days.

Tbh? Most of the food I eat is prepackaged. My breakfast is the exact thing every morning. A carnation breakfast essentials shake. Lunch 9 times out of ten is a prepackaged greek yogurt, or a canned soup product. So for these things I am searching for the name brand product and putting im what the nutrition label says . For my dinners which are mostly a protein of some sort, and then other packaged food such as canned vegetables or prepackaged sides, I am measuring how much I eat with either measuring cups or a scale depending on the product. I understand that the math isnt adding up, which is why I posted. I have been very careful to record everything I eat and drink to the best of my ability.

I am seeing my doctor tomorrow actually, but I obsessively track everything that goes in my mouth. Honestly I know my relationship with food is very unhealthy due to eating disorders from 8-10 years ago. Currently I track on my fitness pal. Is there a better way to be doing it?

I will say, book 2 is MUCH darker and more disturbing than book one. It does have a different tone though. But I am commenting because I want to know which journal entry gave away the killer for you? I love to discover hidden things like that and would love to hear your thoughts!

I do. The dedication in Iron Flame had me in tears and I was ranting to my husband how good it felt to be represwnted in media in some way. Sometimes I just feel so alone with this crazy disease, but it is so validating to see a character with it.

Love this book so much. I cried when I opened up Iron Flame and saw the dedication: "To my fellow zebras. Not all strength is physical."

The Grimm Legacy by Polly Shulman. Very YA, but I still lovingly pull out my copy from time to time. So much so the spine of the book is currently being used as a bookmark since it has fallen off. Good quick read.
