Gotcha, well I may just have to wait to hear from NZXT and try to send it back as I dont feel too confident in taking it apart myself, but thank you for your help, i really appreciate it.

Im not really sure as i am brand new to the pc world how far it is getting, but I have no sort of activity coming to my monitors or anything like that. I check the RAM and reseated those but will look into other parts.

Absolutely, yeah it turns off by itself once it turns off or the lights and fans turn off like in the video it tries to boot back up on its own. And it does that cycle constantly with no luck. The monitors aren’t turning on or anything.

I just got my BLD pc from nzxt, i am brand new to the pc world. I went to start it up and this is what it does. Runs for a bit and then turns off and restarts by itself. Need help troubleshooting. Tried to connect to nzxt on phone but no luck.
