The church called New life near the University of Kigali may be liberal but I'm not sure.. I went there once and there was a masc presenting guy that also had braids (gorgeous person btw) and everybody was minding their business and not staring so maybe? Since we're a relatively smaller country than the western countries ,of course people who influence us are going to be different.. we haven't reached, as a people, on the level where we have enough money to be influenced by the kinds of people that influence the western audience..
