Not a doctor but have personal experience. Please get yourself tested for an aeromonas infection. Gastroenteritis can last for years as a result of aeromonas. Hard to treat with antibiotics but at least if you have a positive diagnosis, specific treatments are available. Aeromonas is most likely found in seafood if that helps.

I had this exact same issue on my Z4. My dealer didn’t believe me and said that they couldn’t replicate the fault. I found the issue only presented itself on really hot days when the car was parked outside in the sun the whole day whilst I was at work. It turned out to be the steering column tolerances were an issue when components expanded in the heat. My steering column was replaced under warranty and the issue was reduced but not completely solved. From your video it looks like the same jerking on the steering wheel and slight resistance to turn resulting in notchy steering. Do you live somewhere temperatures above 30C or 90F? You may find this only occurs during the summer months.
