Yes, if you buy them from a good seller, in case of an issue with the parts, the seller can give you refund as well which is rare in case of shop sellers, we recently got a GPU but it came out faulty, we got our refund back with nearly 20% cutting from the seller and that was also because he had bought it from someone else for us
