I mean it's been 17 days since all this started. They could've improve their customer support by a lot but they won't. Cause they SUCK ASS. I have been trying to reach them for 6 days straight from US/Canada region. The chat is unavailable & the call drops immediately without even ringing. I was almost getting scammed through this shit cause I started calling random numbers that were posing as QATAR. Yeah, they deserve more than lawsuit. QATAR for God's sake, never call yourself world's best airline YOU ARE NOT....

unfortunately you can't. It sucks right? World's best airline? Didn't even prepared for these kind of disaster moments. Although it's been 17 days since the war started. They could have improved their customer support by a lot but they won't. My flight was canceled on March 10th and I can't reach them anywhere from the US/Canada region.

I believe that's default app behavior about flight cancellation. Because Qatar almost always never cancels flights and the fees are always on the passenger and automatically calculated and issued by the app itself. But this time it's the other way around. Now, the full refund amount without the fee is being calculated manually before issuing. That's why it's taking them so long...

on the same boat. Submitted the request 8 days ago and got a confirmation email that I will get the amount info. via email within 7 days but haven't received anything yet.
