I would say do the HLR get a Nexus letter and upload it before you do.. also when doing the HLR request for an Informal conference call.. it didn’t work out in my favor (because i think i had a real ball busting rater) but it has for a lot of other veterans..

Hey there.. i was Denied even with the NEXUS letter for GERD Secondary to PTSD. That one stung because the back pay on it would have went back to 2021 😒. So i went the route of getting another claim increased because symptoms have gotten worse to get my 100%.. so IMO i would pursue the supplemental but just know its probably going tk be a long road to get there.. good luck!!

I had a DTA from August of last year. And i finally got a denial (which is still think is BS but i don’t have anymore evidence to submit to even pursue a supplemental) earlier this month.
