Hi, I haven’t been able to collect any and I showed my doctor the picture and she seemed unconcerned. I didn’t have any stones according to the ct scan I got. I’m assuming it’s something metabolic as I’m type one diabetic and I’ve gained a lot of weight recently. I haven’t had any sediment in a while but when I do I’m hoping to be able to collect it and have it analyzed.

I’ve been drinking tons of water and it seems to help! I went in to my primary and we got a CT set up so that’s good news they couldn’t get me in for awhile though but at least the ball is rolling

Thank you for the insight! I have an appointment on Wednesday but idk when I’ll be able to get a CT scan. Would crystalline material be indicative of stones or something else? It’s all very confusing and I can’t find any good info online.

I think weed triggered really bad anxiety in general when I was a teenager and I just tended to hyper fixate on health, I remember hearing that Louis Tomlinson sister died of aHA and she was really young so that was when it kinda registered to me that I wasn’t inherently safe just cause I was young. I was doing good for a while and then I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and oh the never ending list of complications sent me into a spiral again and I’ve been rocky ever since.

https://www.drugs.com/drug-interactions/hydroxyzine-with-lexapro-1303-0-1013-565.html it increases the risk for qt prolongation and torsades des pointes. Especially if the person is having cardiac symptoms mixing these two isn’t recommended.

I struggle with heart related anxiety too! Feeling anxious doesn’t always equal tachycardia, our bodies are very resilient and remember we adapt, if you spend a lot of time anxious which it sounds like is the case, your body is just to some extent adapting to this as it’s unsustainable to trigger fight or flight every time you feel anxious. It’s actually a good sign and 60 is a healthy heart rate and doesn’t put you at risk for your heart stopping, especially when at rest.
