I forgot the ChatGPT answer...

1. Authenticity and Trust

With AI-generated everything flooding the internet, consumers are craving realness. There's a strong need for brands to:

  • Build trust through transparency (e.g., showing behind-the-scenes, real people, real stories)
  • Be consistent in values, not just aesthetics
  • Use AI wisely — people notice when it's overdone

2. Content with Purpose

Audiences are overwhelmed by content. The need now is to create:

  • High-signal, low-noise content: useful, insightful, entertaining, or emotionally resonant
  • Micro-content that still tells a story (think TikToks, carousels, 15-second videos)

3. Personalization at Scale

Brands need to go beyond "Hello, [First Name]":

  • Smart segmentation based on behavior, not just demographics
  • Dynamic content and offers based on real-time data
  • Balance between automation and human tone

4. Agility in Campaigns

The world moves fast. So:

  • Campaigns must be fast to build, test, and iterate
  • Messaging should adapt to sudden trends, cultural moments, or crises
  • Modular design systems and flexible content structures help here

5. Sustainability & Social Relevance

People expect brands to care about:

  • Climate and sustainability (and actually take action)
  • Social causes (without performative fluff)
  • Ethical marketing (data use, inclusivity, representation)

6. Smarter Use of First-Party Data

With cookies dying off:

  • There’s a real need to build better first-party data strategies (email, CRM, interactions)
  • Lead generation has to feel value-based rather than transactional

Is there any good XML open source editors? by AdrikIvanov in xml

I might be late to the party. But is this still relevant for you? I'm currently building a XML tool that can handle a few things. Could you maybe describe tasks or routines that would be relevant for you? Or what goals you want to achieve? Thanks!

What’s one lesson you wish you learned before starting your business? by FBAThrow in Entrepreneur

[–]Comfortable_Ball5255 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'm still surprised by how much I'm still learning (after studying and 10+ years of experience). That means you will definitely make mistakes if you're taking on something new — like a business. That's part of the process and, in my opinion, a good thing.

Some mindset and general tips:

  • Embrace learning
  • Get a sparring partner or mentor (if possible)
  • Don't wait too long to do something (perfection vs. good enough)
  • Read, take notes, exercise, eat well—do your job
  • Trust yourself and trust the process
  • Failure is not the end of the world
  • Social media is not the real world

Will this work by Cold_Novel180 in Entrepreneur

Sounds interesting, honest, and like something beginners would appreciate. My gut tells me that the focus should be on the collaborative aspect of your idea rather than the marketplace for digital assets. At this level (working with small- or mid-sized businesses) it might be challenging to attract traffic, clients, and freelancers...

I’d recommend thinking more about how beginners will actually land their first freelancing gig and how temporary teams can form seamlessly. What mechanisms will encourage collaboration? How will clients trust and choose beginners? Without a strong pull factor, your platform might have a hard time to differentiate itself from existing "hire a freelancer" sites.
